Soft skills are the people skills, personality skills, and communication abilities a person needs for the long-term success of their life. This skill set will help kids throughout their lives as they continue to grow and learn. Soft skills help to improve communication, create strong leadership, improve problem solving, enhance creative and critical thinking, teach teamwork, efficiency and productivity.

Encourage Sportsmanship
Horseback riding is a sport. You win by practicing hard and learning how to ride the horse properly. Good sportsmen want to win because they followed the rules and played the best game they could. Everyone should have a chance to play.
